Great little apartment in the centre of town

Front door and Kitchen window could do with privacy screen or blind for the evenings. Minor Point.

Shower had a leak onto the bathroom floor. Option to have a blind or curtain on the kitchen window & front door as exposed when coming out of the bathroom to opposite property.

it was very comfortable and clean, and the decor was lovely, it made it feel welcoming and we looked forward to going back to it after spending our days out.

we would have liked to have a blind in the front room window, for privacy at night especially.

Great location. Comfy and warm .

The location was very handy for the town. The rooms were warm with electric heaters even on the coldest of days. The kitchen was well equipped. The bed and bedding was comfy.

The front door, lock and key safe were worn and tricky to use. The bathroom and shower was small and the finish in the bathroom was poor. Shower leaked on floor and cupboard door was broken. The bedroom windows at front were single glazed and let in a lot of noise. The curtain situation around the flat could be better. The WiFi was poor.

Good but...

Location. Quiet and fairly central for main town facilities. Nicely equipped and furnished. Bed really comfy. Very well decorated.

Couldn't get wifi working. Cold and took a long time to heat up. Bathroom smallish and water leaked from side of shower tray. No curtains in lounge area so passers by could see in. Dark alley to walk down to it.

It was beautifully decorated, warm and comfortable. The property was In a good location and nice and quiet.

Tricky to get into the key safe and the lock on the front door was quite difficult to use.

Good location five minute walk from shops and high street. Comfortable accommodation.

Bathroom let the apartment down. Shower was disappointing, not very powerful and leaked. Tiny sink. Could not get the heater to work in the bathroom. Blinds needed at window to kitchen. Entrance could be smartened up.

Cosy base in a central location - hosts seem to have paid attention to detail

The property was well-located and had everything we needed for a short stay. We didn't really use the kitchen, but were happy to find a corkscrew! The bedroom was spacious and we slept well. The instructions to access the property were easy to follow. There were basic provisions left for breakfast, but we decided to eat out instead.

Very minor point, but there were only sockets by one side of the bed - on the street side, I had to "borrow" the extension cable from a lamp in the window (then put it back the next morning). Other very minor things: - would have been nice to have some kind of toilet-roll holder - I really don't like 10am check-out - most places at least give you until 11am However, in general everything was very well-thought-through, so you can see these are pretty trivial things and didn't exactly spoil our stay (I was able to extend the check-out by an hour).

Very clean comfortable apartment ideally located only 5 minutes walk from town centre. Ideal for a short break in Cirencester.

Nothing really. The only things we noticed were a couple of the plates were chipped and the front door was slightly warped and not easy to lock.

Nice but not luxureous.

The location in terms of distance to the centre and Cotswold was good. The entrace to the appartment somewhat shabby though. The interior was done lovely and spacious.

Leaking shower, shabby entrance and limited wifi. Ok in kitchen area. Parking in the area was ok but not for free. Street itself also a bit shabby.

Cutest apartment ever!

The New Barley Rustic is a beautifully decorated, clean and welcoming apartment. Breakfast for our short stay was provided and this was a very pleasant surprise. It was a short walk into the city centre. The bed was very comfortable. Free overnight parking was available on the same road.

The Wifi coverage was a little patchy and difficult to connect to initially.

A few improvements but otherwise a great place to stay.

Very well appointed. Very clean. Very generous and welcoming with the food items provided.

Shower door leaks onto to floor. Outlet blocked with had to be cleaned to stop tray filling with water. Could do with a blind k side the front door and window to improve privacy.

Excellent location

Excellent location, 5 minute walk into the centre of Cirencester. Good base for all areas of the Cotswolds. Clean and tidy, with breakfast items available, sourdough bread, eggs, jam, orange juice, milk, tea and coffee included in the cost which was a really nice touch. Sorry the photos are dark, we arrived late at night.

Great location within Cirencester, a nice spacious studio apartment with a very comfortable bed. Kitchen was well equipped with cereal, eggs, milk & orange juice left ready for breakfast.
