Sunsuria Setia Alam 35# SCCC# Setia City Mall# 1-4Pax Studio Suite

Clean and comfortable

don't have toilet handheld

The location - near to Setia City Mall, AEON and literally next to Sunsuria Forum mall where quite a few choices of eateries and grocery stores. Private parking on the property but only one parking spot, if more than one you can park at visitor’s parking but it’s quite a hassle so advisable to carpool. The house was accommodated pretty well with washing machine, two door fridge, a complete kitchen. Two access card which is convenient for more than one traveller. Spacious house and a nice community. Some residents even help us how to tap the card before using the elevator and hold the door for us. Quiet surrounding as there’s not many people on the floor and even the road is calm. Depo refunded on time.

No pipe hose for toilet, only tissue provided but the management was informed and they said they will improve. Quite a hassle to enter and exit the parking lot for visitor parking because sometimes the scanner won’t scan the code. My friend waa stucked in the parking lot and cannot exit. There’s no public parking lot outside, just the sunsuria mall parking which also have to pay.

Clean and neat especially the bed mattress is very nice to sleep. Soft but firm
