I really enjoyed my stay. The apartment is in a great location, close to a shopping mall, restaurants, tourist attractions, and the conference venue (the University of São Paulo - USP), making it easy to get around by Uber. It is also within walking distance of a metro station and close to several bus stops, making public transportation very convenient. The building is modern, and the apartment itself is new and spacious enough to comfortably accommodate up to four people. I also appreciated the water filter, the well-equipped kitchen with a stove for preparing simple meals, and the reliable Wi-Fi. Overall, it was a comfortable and convenient place to stay, and I would recommend it.

Overall, I had a good stay, but there are a few areas that could be improved. Some of the kitchen utensils were not completely clean, and there was a bit of dust in a few places. I also noticed water leaking in the bathroom, although I wasn't sure exactly where it was coming from. Another disappointment was that I couldn't access the building's amenities, such as the pool, rooftop, and gym. Although my facial recognition was registered, I still didn't have access to these areas. Communication through the chat was quite slow, and since I didn't want to spend time trying to resolve the issue during my stay, I ended up not being able to use those facilities. Improving the registration process and providing faster support would make the experience even better. I also expected more basic supplies to be available. The listing indicated that essential items would be provided, but there was only one bar of soap and one roll of toilet paper. One more thing to note is that the apartment gets quite warm because it receives a lot of direct sunlight. The cooling equipment provided was not sufficient to keep the apartment comfortable. We were fortunate that most days were cool, so it wasn't a major issue during our stay. However, on the first few days, it was hot enough that we had to sleep with the windows open. The fan helped, but it was not enough on the warmest days.

Fui barrado na entrada por falta de comunicacao do proprietario com a portaria .

Achei que o anfitri'ao tentou resolver o problema rapidamente. O predio e muito bom.

Quando cheguei na acomodacao o apartamento que eu tinha reservado nao era o que fui encaminhada. Nao cabia o terceiro hospede dormindo no sofa-cama. apartamento muitissimo apertado. O anfitriao nos trasnferiu para outra unidade, mas a limpeza estava muito mal feita. banehiro estava mal limpo, toalhas prontas para uso mas manchadas, esponja para louca usada e suja. cafeteira vazava cafe para todo lado. o sofa cama tinha uma travessa de madeira no meio, entao usamos ele fechado mesmo. senti falta de pano de prato e de vassoura.
