San Eloy Suite en el centro de Sevilla

Posizione ottima, appartamento ampio, luminoso, ben arredato e ben accessoriato. A due passi da molte attrazioni turistiche e in una zona vivace con locali e ristoranti. Molto comodo e super consigliato!

Scarichi lenti, soprattutto quello del lavandino in bagno da dove si sente un po’ di cattivo odore. Essendo in una zona molto frequentata anche di notte, con locali, è decisamente rumorosa e non ben isolata acusticamente. Ma questo è un difetto tollerabile se non hai problemi di sonno.

La posizione è eccezionale, in pieno centro, vicino a tutti i monumenti di Siviglia. La casa ha tutti gli elettrodomestici, stoviglie ed i servizi necessari al soggiorno. Per la colazione viene offerto solo il caffè, che abbiamo trovato buono. Buona comunicazione con l'host.

La casa è un po' piccolina, eravamo in 4 ed è risultata un po' stretta. Il prezzo pagato, abbastanza alto, è risultato comunque conforme con il periodo di alta stagione (Feria de abril).

A clean, comfortable and very spacious apartment in a very secure building. It's a shame that the negatives for us outweighed the positives.

Horrrendous noise from outside all night, every night. You expect some noise from the local bar; but several times every night between 1-6 am, heavy service vehicles went along this narrow road past the apartment, then workmen started on the road surface at 8am! The apartment has single glazing and old wooden shutters which did nothing to minimise disruption, and we barely slept throughout our stay. Very poor communication with the host. We had a few issues (nothing to wash the dishes with, not enough bedding, dirty towel) and messaged the host on the first night. We had no response for 3 days!

The hotel's location was excellent. It was within walking distance of everywhere. There's a Carrefour supermarket nearby, where we did our grocery shopping. We enjoyed our stay. I would recommend it to anyone considering visiting Sevilla.

One day at the hotel, the fuse blew when I switched on the light. I couldn't find the electrical panel inside, so I looked outside the room, but couldn't locate it. I left messages via the app to the relevant person and to the emergency number I'd been given previously. I didn't get an immediate reply. Because there was no electricity, we couldn't have breakfast. We got ready and went out for a walk. Towards evening, we received a reply. It turned out there was a hidden electrical panel behind a painting on the wall inside the room.
