Gorgeous townhouse by the pier and Royal Pavillion Brighton

Fantastic location and amazing modern house with great aesthetics. Family of 5 . Very comfortable and spacious with 2 bathrooms. Moments to the beach and close to Royal Pavilion . Restaurants and coffee shops all on doorstep and so is the bus routes if wanting to go further afield. We jumped on the bus to the Marina for a trip and got the Volks Railway back and walked back to the house! Will definitely return

Although accommodation takes 6 adults there are only 4 dining chairs and seating in lounge area is only enough for 4 so it wasn't easy to relax together.

Brilliant location right in the center so provided us with a good base for our stay.

The outdoor space was one of the main reasons we chose this property over several other options, as the listing advertised a terrace where we expected to be able to sit outside in the evenings. Unfortunately, the terrace was disappointing. It is located on the second floor and requires climbing out onto the roof. The roof looks very unfinished and feels unsafe. The space itself is very small and only contains a small bistro table with two chairs, making it impractical for a group staying at the property. We also found that several areas of the property were not well suited to the advertised occupancy of six guests. For example, the dining table only has four chairs, and the lounge contains just one sofa and one armchair, which does not provide enough seating for everyone to relax comfortably together. This property has the potential to be stunning, but a number of details let it down. Some furnishings appear unfinished, such as mirrors simply resting on the floor rather than being mounted on walls. Tv in living room area did not work. In addition, several features shown in the listing photographs appear to have been removed or changed since the photos were taken, making the property feel different from what was advertised. There were also some cleaning issues on arrival. We found crumbs on the kitchen work surfaces and felt the need to wipe them down before use. Host seemed friendly in communication, however we did not get the details of where the property was and how to enter until we were on our way down to Brighton causing some extra stress and last minute concerns. Overall, while the property has a lot of potential, we felt it did not fully match the expectations created by the listing description and photographs. Location is amazing though and it did the job as a base and somewhere to sleep.
