Location near train and bus services was excellent, as was proximity to Westfield Mall. Fernando was very helpful and responsive.
Flat was a bit tired and cramped, particularly the bathroom. Kitchen was missing a chopping board. Kitchen sink blocked near the end of our stay and the bathroom sink drained very slowly - I think the plumbing overall needs refreshing.

La proximité du metro et des commerces L'appartement est tres confortable pour 4 et tres bien equipé. L'aimabilite de lhote au petit soins :) Je recommande !!

Emplacement bien. Proche commerces et transports. Draps et serviettes impeccables. Ménage ok. Facilité pour récupérer les clefs, les directives sont claires. Kitchenette séparée Rue Calme. Chambre donnant sur cour Petit logement ancien mais Deco sympa.
Canapé du salon pour dormir vraiment dur. Pas beaucoup de place pour manger à 4. Clou qui dépasse sur une marche de la chambre..

Nice, easily accessible apartement at a nice location. Lots of amenities in the neighborhood too. For a family of 4 it's perfectly acceptable. The app used for getting to know the house rules and how-tos is a nice bonus. Would definitely stay here again.
No big issue: minor fixing of the bedroom carpet at the stairs is needed to avoid tripping
