Breakfast was amazing

I really like how bright and open the hotel was. Our room was huge with plenty of space for all of us. We had a queen suite. Loved the lake view. It had a beautiful patio looking out at the water. The gym is the best gym I've seen in a hotel!! The pool was nice and the perfect temperature. The sofa, the sofa bed mattress and beds were very comfortable!! I loved that the bathroom was split into two rooms, shower and sink in one part and another door to separate the toilet from the shower area.

The breakfast was not the greatest. It was truly a good effort but the food just wasn't great. It was a very busy morning and when there was 45 minutes left they were out of almost everything. The scrambled eggs were wet and mushy, the bacon was so flimsy and the hard boiled eggs still had the shell on them (not that that's the end of the world, just odd). The sofa bed didn't have a sheet, blankets or pillows. The comforter on my bed was dirty with some kind of dried up stuff on it. I had to get a new one and they were right there with it. Quite a few cob/spider webs especially in the bathroom.

Clean rooms. Staff friendly

Smelled like wet dog in foyer and by elevator. Very noisy could hear traffic from the road in our room. We could also hear EVERYONE talking in the hall.
