Good location in Heraklion. Short walk to center of town. Staff was great at check in and problem solving during trip. quick responses on WhatsApp. We booked a room with a small kitchen, and it was nice to be able to cook a meal. Hotel provided parking close by. That was great b/c parking in area was tight. We parked the car and walked around the city. We stayed for one night, and we would definitely stay again. The room was clean, comfortable, and we used the gym the following morning.
Floor did not smell great at check in, but staff promptly had the cleaners mop the floor again. So, all was taken care of.
