We ended up checking out and booking another hotel the same afternoon we checked in

The room was nice and spacious and clean.

However the aircon did not reach the upstairs loft so it turned into a sauna, the stairs up to the loft bed are a death trap waiting to happen and the water when the shower was turned on had a rotten eggy smell that stayed on our skin.

Excellent for solo travellers and couples who need Clean and private accommodation near Seminyak 👌

This property was very clean and very simple to use for a solo traveller like me. Quite a few steps to get to the top floor and the steps leading up to the LOFT were quite steep as well, but apart from that everything was amazing.

I think they have done amazing with this property.

I liked everything! I don't think I can easily find another place that beats the loft and the terrace and the team in Bali. The property is as advertised - clean, spacious, well-functioning facilities with open pleasant views both from the small balcony ensuite and the rooftop terrace just outside of the room. The team is so responsive, loving and helpful. I really appreciate them for taking such good care of the property and me as a guest. Several things for future guests' info: 1. It's not within walking distance (less than 30 minutes on foot) from major touristic actions but you can easily call a ride and it'll get you there within a reasonable amount of time. Small convenience stores and local restos just next door and a few minutes' walking away. If you want more proper dining options, gojek can get you to the Sunset Road in about 7 minutes, where you'll have a wide range of choices. I personally loved the location a lot as it's among a bunch of local residence. 2. The stairs to the upper level in the loft can be difficult for bad knees and hips. If this is a concern, pick their other rooms. 3. I'm already planning to go back for a longer stay. If basic cooking wares were provided, I'd rate this place 20 out of 10, lol.
