Ideal location for our needs. Lovely to have breakfast goodies.
I would have liked a grill, but that's a personal preference & not practical in the space available, so a toaster sufficed..

The countryside, canal beside the property, convenience to Ely. Peacefully quiet surrounds. Hosts friendly and helpful. Nice welcome pack and we could purchase fresh eggs from the Hosts. The Host was ammenable to our concerns about the cleaning.
Some concerns for us regarding the cleanliness of the Lodge. Blanket on the bed had several ick fresh stains on it. After sitting on the lounge my clothes were covered in dog hair. (Lodge Rules clearly ask guests with pets not to allow them on bed or any furniture).

The views were phenomenal, to lay on the bed and look up at the stars is something I won’t forget
