Lage sehr schön, ideal als Stopp um Ancona anzusehen.
Im Schlafzimmer war die Wasserversorgung/Boiler, der die ganze Nacht gebrummt hat.

Casa moderna, accogliente e spaziosa. Circondata dalla natura e con vista tramonto sul mare di Ancona. Ideale per chi vuole visitare il Conero, ma alloggiando lontano dal caos e spostandosi di giorno in giorno per visitare le principali mete di interesse dell'area. Nella zona diverse le cantine vinicole per degustare e acquistare vini.
Amando la natura, sarebbe apprezzabile l'aggiunta della zanzariera per poter tenere aperto anche la notte

Die Unterkunft an sich ist schön, allerdings war unsere Wohnung bei der Ankunft nicht sauber. Es hatte überall Staubflussen und Haare. Auf der Terrasse war alles voller Blätter. Auf Nachfrage wegen einer Reinigung kam eine junge Dame mit Besen und hat mit wenig Erfolg die Terasse gesäubert. Auf die Reinigung der Wohnung haben wir dann verzichtet und selbst gekehrt. Es fehlt ein Staubsauger. Außerdem mussten wir aufgrund eines Stromausfalls die Wohnung wechseln….
