A huge private gated access home on an expansive property, complete with laundry room, sun room, stocked kitchen and several outdoor patio options. Amazing views to the Adriatic, local valleys and view to ancient city town of Potenza Picena. Local shops. market and in season sea side attractions. Our host, Angelika, was both prompt and polite making us and our guests feel very welcome.

Angelika is a wonderful host- very friendly, kind and quickly responds to every question. The villa has absolutely everything you need & even more. The views are breathtaking. Me and my familly with two dogs had unforgettable time. Thank you Angelika!

L’emplacement et la vue sont incroyables. La disposition de la maison et l’équipement sont très bien. La disponibilité de la propriétaire et la gentillesse du personnel d’entretien sont à souligner.
Les matelas sont beaucoup trop mous dans la suite parentale et sommier trop court pour de grands adultes. Les lits superposés sont confortables. Pas de climatisation mais pas un soucis car la température extérieure etait modérée.
