    The stay was very comfortable and the hotel was very nice (living up to the 4 star hotel mark) located in posh location, the staff was very helpful and friendly towards us, would definitely recommend

    Not big hotel. But clean and kindly staff is there.

    Need to climb 2-3 floors, no lift. Unhelpful staff. We were asked on whatsapp our check-in time and based on their conversation we travelled 500kms and reached as per the time communicated on whatsapp. On reaching, they say we'll have to wait for 3-4 hours before offical check-in starts. This was after communication was done regarding the same scenario on whatsapp with one of their staff. Moreover, while we are waiting in their reception, a guest checks-out but still they don't allow us to rest temporarily for a while in that room. Bad expereince.
