Localização, equipamentos, conforto e limpeza.
A garagem disponível não acomoda um carro de maior porte (conseguimos outra vaga no mesmo imóvel que nos atendeu). Se todas as vagas da garagem estiverem utilizadas um carro maior teria problemas. Acredito que isso deveria constar na descrição.

Friends of ours stayed in the apartment and enjoyed their stay. The apartment was clean, extra bedding was provided, the kitchen was well-equipped, and because they were two single ladies, they appreciated having 2 bathrooms.

Em geral a acomodação superou em muito nossas expectativas, mas a localização privilegiada e a comodidade de vários restaurantes, supermercados e cafés nas redondezas é um diferencial a ser considerado. O contato com a Luh e sua presteza e simpatia na negociação e em fornecer demais informações também foi um diferencial.
