Imagine um apartamento super aconchegante a 2 min a pé da rua coberta ? Bom demais ! Local excelente, ambiente tranquilo, fácil comunicação com quem nos recepcionou. Colchões bons e novos, ambiente muito tranquilo. Pet frindly ainda ! Pra quem quer estar no centro de Gramado fazendo tudo a pé, é o ideal. Aprovadíssimo. Certamente, voltaremos.

Amamos a localização, bem na av Borges de Medeiros, próximo de tudo ali para andar a pé
Não gostei dos colchões das camas, das cobertas, do sofá, poltronas e etc que deveriam urgentemente serem trocados! Também deveriam cobrar uma taxa e providenciarem uma limpeza diária com fornecimento de papel higiênico, água para o hóspede não sentir que saiu de casa e continua a se preocupar com limpeza e mercado!
