Excellente situation face à la plage, et proche commerces, pratique, actuel. Balcon avec tres belle vue sur deux plages plus place animée par des activités. Au dessus du marché du dimanche. Studio fonctionnel et complet.
Pas si propre que la propriétaire le laissait penser. Pas de propreté à fond dans la cuisine et tiroirs et frigo. Pigeons sur le balcon qui ont laissé beaucoup d excréments, très usuel dans ce bâtiment mais il m' a été demandé de nettoyer. Rue très bruyante le matin de bonne heure devant livraisons des camions et camions poubelles. Malentendu dans horaire remise des clefs et attente d une heure dans la rue. Ménage à payer à part 80 eur. Pas indiqué dans l annonce. Caution de 400 eur à payer en liquide ou chèque depuis la France. Heure de check out trop tôt quand on doit faire le ménage soi même. Aucune flexibilité. Annonce Booking retirée pendant le sejour et plus disponible de nos jours. Bizarre donc.
