Ideal for visiting family in Sawbridgeworth, comfortable. It would be nice to have some pictures on the walls to make it
Plenty of space for a group of 8, 3 bathrooms very useful
The ground floor bunk room needs curtains to block out the street light. Also there were animal hairs on the sheets in the same room.

Suited our need -bedding clean and bed comfortable
Comfortable beds - good quality bedding - pleasant garden and nice sun deck on top floor
Oven not working - freezer had doors missing and could not be used as food already there- fridge tricky to use fully as drawers and shelves missing - no tea towels - wc flush poor and pans stained - air vent to third floor bathroom not working - blinds in top floor damaged - not ready on arrival as cleaner ill - cannot be helped but sheets still being dried at 6.00 pm

A great nights sleep in the comfortable beds. the property is huge and is great value for money.
Very helpful host, spacious property with 3 bathrooms, perfect for large family gatherings and excellent value for money. The property is also dog friendly and has a nice garden and a great roof terrace for some welcome outdoor space. There is a decent size Co-op a few minutes walk away and the town has plenty of retail outlets, restaurant and takeaway options and good transport links to London. Highly recommended.
Well-equipped property, but bring your own tea towels! :-)
