Cozy 1 Bedroom Downtown Central

Great location. Walkable to restaurants, cafes, public transport and tourist sites. Car park space provided in underground carpark. Spacious, well appointed apartment.

No air conditioning during the heatwave made the apartment quite warm. The provided portable fans helped. In normal weather this wouldn’t be an issue.

Great equipped and well furnished flat. I stayed for over 3 weeks and it was perfect for me. The location is good right in the downtown and check-in and out was super easy as Roman was very helpful.

There's a shelter on the street a few doors down so there's regularly people hanging around, often using illicit substances which might be a bit shocking for some, though would say it's true for much of Vancouver's downtown. It's also a block away from Granville Street so things are a little chaotic at times, though I never felt unsafe.

Location was walkable to groceries, restaurants, bars, transit, and great neighborhoods. Staff friendly and helpful. Apartment fully furnished and well supplied. Google TV is a big plus (I watch YouTube more than cable, even at home.) Keys easy to pick up once they let you in on the secret just prior to arrival. Would definitely stay again.

Didn't know about laundry card until after I left; if you use your own, make sure you put exactly the right amount on it as I left a few CAD "on the table". Apartment is on second floor over a busy street, though that's not as bad as it seems and you definitely *don't* hear your neighbors. Paid more for three weeks here than four weeks in a full-service hotel room with a kitchen in downtown Denver beginning a couple of weeks later. But hey, nobody said Vancouver was a cheap city.

Location is great, instructions were easy to follow. Communications were great. Bed was comfy. Secure parking once we found it was good.

Being familiar with Vancouver we knew in this area we had to be aware of your surroundings returning at night. Had a nespresso but no pods, would have brought some. Cleaning just ok.
