Western breakfast not great. Also only available for 2 hours

Breakfast was reflective of the hotels 4 star 🌟 rating. Fresh and delicious. If you're looking for a gourmet buffet you will not find it here. But the food I personally felt was great.

That they put chlorine in the swimming pool at 5 pm right on when we were planning a swim to escape the heat. That was very dissapointing. Yegg the staff d as bd service well and truly made up for it. So friendly and kind.

The advertisement mentioned an infinity pool, but in reality, the pool is still under construction on the 7th floor and is much smaller than expected. It's far from the beach. Although I booked a room in advance for 2 million VND, upon arrival, the receptionist directed me to an annex building, which was not nice, and gave me a room number ending in 13. I am very superstitious about the numbers 13, 49, and 53, so I felt uncomfortable. When I contacted the receptionist, they said there were no other rooms available. Only when I said that I wouldn't come back if they didn't change my room did they move me to the main building with the receptionist. Overall, the room's amenities were more suitable for a price of 1.2 million VND rather than 2 million VND

For guests who have booked rooms in advance, it means they are careful and expect a nice, clean, and cool room. She arranged a room with the number ending in 13, which was the worst thing and led to an annex building that felt like a budget accommodation.
