Toller Ausblick, helle Wohnung, gute Organisation, top Lüftungsmöglichkeiten, bequeme Möbel
Nicht funktionierende Steckdose (auf der Küchenzeile, damit dortiges Licht funktioniert, selbst behoben durch Tausch), knarzende Matratze, teilweise dreckiges Geschirr, unangenehm flackernde Stehlampe, kein Deckenlicht

Die Aussicht im 29.Stock war überwältigend. Dann war die Küche top ausgestattet. Es fehlte einem an Nichts. Auch der Rest der Wohnung war sehr gut.
Die Wärme in der Wohnung die aber einfach auch schwierig rauszukommen ist wenn man ganz oben wohnt. Also absolut kein Minus an den Vermieter.

Deck 29 kann ich empfehlen. Ich habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt. die Aussicht vom Balkon ist klasse und telefonisch kann man immer jemanden erreichen wenn etwas ist. das Zimmer ist sehr gemütlich eingerichtet
