Insgesamt toller Aufenthalt in sehr gut ausgestatteter Wohnung. Leider funktionierten die Schwimmbadkarten nicht und die Parkkarte fehlte. Seitens der Agentur würde ausgeholfen und zusätzliche Kosten hierfür erstattet. Leider war es über das Plaza Premium nicht möglich einen Fahrradstellplatz zu mieten. Insgesamt wirkten die Mitarbeiter dort unfreundlich und überfordert. Trotzdem war es dank der tollen Wohnung ein schöner Aufenthalt.

Das Apartment ist liebevoll eingerichtet und bietet allen Komfort, den man sich im Urlaub wünscht.
Der Ausblick vom (riesigen) Balkon ist traumhaft.
Einzige Einschränkungen:
- die mehr als enge Tiefgarage
- die Lage des Plaza Premium Hotels

Das Appartement ist umfangreich und sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Die Sauberkeit wäre an einzelnen Stellen verbesserungswürdig. Die Terrasse scheint nicht zum Auftrag der Reinigungskraft zu gehören. Der große Haufen Vogelkacke auf der Terrasse hätte v.a. nicht sein müssen, wäre bei kleinen Kindern zum Problem geworden. Der Staubsauger hat vielleicht mal Saugkraft gehabt (trotzdem ich den übervollen Staubbehälter mit dem Inhalt von wann auch immer geleert hatte und auch die Dunstabzugshaube konnte vor Dreck nicht mehr funktionieren.
Die Lage mit vollem Blick auf die Ostsee ist traumhaft. Trotzdem in diesem mehrstöckigen Gebäude viele ihren Urlaub verbrachten, herrschte immer eine respektable Geräuschkulisse. Wahrscheinlich war jeder froh seinen Urlaub zu genießen, selbst Familien mit Kindern.
Das Parkhaus ist im Übrigen eine Herausforderung, da enge Parkplätze und Auf- bzw Abfahrten, noch dazu etwas kostspielig.
Ich hätte die Woche genießen können, wäre da nicht der Eigentümer der Nachbarwohnung gewesen. Samstag und Sonntag war die Welt noch in Ordnung. Am Montag fiel irgendwann eine sonore lautstarke Stimme an nervig zu werden. Aber das wäre noch tolerabel gewesen. Nicht jedoch der Umstand, dass an jedem der drei Abende die das Paar da war, der Fernseher bei offener Terrassentür laut lief. Ich habe an zwei Abenden nachts um 0:30 und 1 Uhr freundlich auf das Problem hingewiesen. Als Antwort bekam ich v.a. am zweiten Abend eher abfällige Kommentare und den Hinweis, dass sich noch nie jemand beschwert habe. Ich war also gezwungen bei der großen Hitze die Fenster geschlossen zu halten (einen Ventilator gab es nicht). Ohne diese Nachbarn wäre ich in diesem Appartement trotz o.g. Mängel am liebsten zum Stammgast geworden.
