Woning was gelegen in een rustige straat. Van alle gemakken voorzien. Tegenover de woning genoeg parkeerplaats voor een (huur) auto. Wij huurden een scooter voor een week en die stond voor de poort op de stoep. Ideaal voor die omgeving want elke dag lopend naar het strand/boulevard/La Carhuela is wat ver. Al is het strand prima te doen op zo'n 600 meter. Alleen terug is het even licht omhoog lopen. En...op de scooter naar Malaga is prima te doen. I had zelf wat moeite om het kluisje te openen voor de sleutels maar binnen 5 minuten was er een host die ons hielp en alles was snel opgelost. Top!

De eerste 2 dagen werd er links naast ons verblijf flink geklust. De toegangspoort werd vervangen. Beton verwijderen met slijptol en hamer/beitel en daardoor veel lawaai vanaf 9 uur in de ochtend. De werklui aangesproken en gevraagd hoe lang dat zou duren. Na 2 dagen was het klaar gaven ze aan en dat klopte. Helemaal prima.

The location is very convenient, close to the Airport, Plaza Mayor, and the beach. Everything in the house is in good condition. Parking is very easy right in front of the villa. There is AC/Heating in every bedroom and the bathrooms were all very clean and functioning properly. The rooftop terrace has a beautiful view.

The cash deposit requirement of 300 euros was not apparent to us when we booked. We were "reminded" of this the day before our booking started. Had we realized this beforehand, we would have found a differnent lodging. We don't live in Europe and have no need for cash Euros, so this was an unneccessary inconvenience. And then after withdrawing the cash, no one ever even showed up to take the deposit from us! Also, the evening that we arrived, our power went out, and after messaging back and forth with the owner, we discovered it was the water heater that was the issue. It seems this was a known issue that has not been taken care of yet. So we were able to get power restored by keeping the water heater off, but then we had no hot water in the middle of winter for our entire two day stay, and no offer for compensation or reimbursement was made. It seems that the hosts want you to assume all of the liability without taking any responsibility for themselves when things go wrong.
