About this apartment rental
This fantastic penthouse is located on the top floor of a five-store building. The huge terrace which surrounds the apartment has a breathtaking view of the Mediterranean sea and the mountains. In the big communal area you will find a large swimming pool. A few minutes by foot you reach the wide and long beach of Los Álamos, with its chiringuitos and trendy beach bars. It is also an excellent location for trips into the surrounding area, only a 5 minute walk to the nearest train and bus stops.
Livingroom:
The large and light-flooded living room has a big sofa area with TV. In the same room there’s a big dining table for 6. The terrace is accessible through the window doors in the room. There are blinds for all windows.
Kitchen:
Separate kitchen room with access to the terrace. It has all the facilities one needs. Cooker, oven, big fridge/freezer, microwave, capsule coffee machine, toaster, kettle, dish washer, washing machine and small breakfast table with two seats.
Bedroom 1:
Light bedroom with a double bed, large wall wardrobe, direct access to the huge terrace and shutters.
Bedroom 2:
Beautiful bedroom with comfortable king size bed, large wall wardrobe, little desk, direct access to the huge terrace and shutters.
Bathroom 1:
Bathroom with shower, washbasin, WC, daylight window and storage space.
Bathroom 2:
Spacious bathroom en suite with the Bedroom 2. It has a bathtub, WC and bidet, washbasin, daylight window and storage space.
Terraces:
On the huge terrace with views over the sea and Málaga there are two hammocks and outdoor furniture for 4. On the smaller terrace, facing the mountains, there’s also some outdoor furniture.
Others:
The apartment provides centralized air conditioning, WiFi and a private parking space.
There’s a community pool to be shared with the neighbours. It is open during summer months; feel free to ask us if it is open during your stay.

The top floor apartment is located in a quiet area accessed via a secure gate and a very well maintained garden. The apartment block has a lift direct to the front door of the apartment. The apartment was very clean and comfortable and had everything we needed for our stay. All of the arrangements with the Host (House Focus) were very simple, secure and easy to follow. The terrace and the views are the star attraction - panoramic views. There was sufficient tables chairs and sunbeds on the terrace for 4 people but not all in good condition. However for our stay and intended use for 2 people it was fine. We had very pleasant weather so the location was perfect. A short walk: approx 500m to the beach,promenade and great choice of chiringuito - excellent.

Great place to stay, huge outside terrace for sunbathing with amazing views all-around and not overlooked. Very comfortable and well fitted out. We'd definitely stay again.

We had a great stay. The Apartment was perfect and the location is excellent, very convenient for all the local amenities. We hope to stay again sometime.
