Die Wohnung ist top ausgestattet mit allem, was man benötigt, sogar ein Eisfach gibt es im Kühlschrank. Wasserkocher, Toaster, Geschirr, Besteck usw, alles da und sauber. Auch im Bad gibt es keine Beanstandungen. Wenn man die Preise in Cuxhaven vergleicht, ein gutes Preis- Leistungsverhältnis.
Die Wohnung war durch die hohen Temperaturen in den Tagen vor unserer Anreise sehr aufgeheizt, sodass wir es trotz geöffneter Fenster auch nachts nicht geschafft haben, angenehme Raumtemperaturen zum Schlafen zu erzielen. Mein Bettbezug war zwar frisch gewaschen, hatte aber zwei kleine Flecken.

Problemlose Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter.
Die Dusche ist für große und breite Personen deutlich zu klein. Eine Generalüberholung von Bad und Küchenzeile könnte nicht schaden.

Lage
Temperatur in der Wohnung trotz moderater Außentemperaturen viel zu warm. Selbst Nachts bei offenem Fenster zu warm.
