Welcome to Cuxhaven Döse in the holiday residence Kormoran. The approx. 30 m² large one-room apartment is located in the 3rd Floor. An elevator is available and the apartment is handicapped accessible.
Living room with an exclusive sofa bed, separate dining area, fully equipped kitchen area with microwave, oven, ceramic hob and a spacious wardrobe with built-in wardrobe, satellite flat-screen TV, shower / toilet, balcony, telephone, elevator and Tiegaragenstellplatz.
It can be a linen package (sheets) for 10.00 € for the length of stay booked and a towel package for 4.00 € (1 large towel, 1 small towel).
In the modern and well-kept residence Kormoran there is a swimming pool with jet stream and sauna, a steam bath for a fee, a children's playground and a bicycle cellar. Coin washing machines and dryers are also available. Wi-Fi and telephony, Sky are available for free.

Ideal für Strandspaziergang und Radtouren

Sehr gepflegtes und ruhiges Appartment in Strandnähe. Großer PKW Stellplatz in der TG mit Fahrradkeller, von hier aus auch direkt am Fahrradweg. Restaurant und Bäcker in unmittelbarer Nähe. Das einzige was störte: die laut tickende Wanduhr während der Nachtzeit.

Die kleine Ferienwohnung ist sehr gemütlich und umfangreich ausgestattet. Sogar die Fahrräder des Eigentümers dürfen genutzt werden. Der Strand ist ganz in der Nähe, ebenso sind Einkaufsmöglichkeiten zu Fuß erreichbar. Ein Stellplatz in der Tiefgarage ist ebenfalls inclusive. Ich würde die Wohnung jederzeit wieder mieten.

Wir genossen unseren Urlaub in dieser wunderschönen und gemütlichen Wohnung. Die Ferienwohnung hatte alles, was wir für einen Urlaub brauchten. Jeden Abend haben wir uns im Pool und in der Sauna entspannt. Das Kind wollte nicht nach Hause fahren und verlangte, dass ich ihm verspreche, wir würden wiederkommen. Nur eine kleine Anmerkung: Die Pfanne muss ausgetauscht werden. Ich empfehle die Wohnung sehr. Erholung für Seele und Körper

Kleine Wohnung mit allem, was man benötigt. Grosses Bad mit schöner Dusche. Nah zum Strand. Übergabe und Kontakt zum Vermieter war gut. Das Einzige, wofür ich einen Punktabzug gegeben habe, war das schmale Bett, worauf nicht hingewiesen worden war.

Ich bin wieder mal mit dem Angebot des Objektes, der gesamten Buchung und auch Übergabe der FeWo sehr zufrieden. Die FeWo-Einrichtung entsprach auch voll meinen Erwartungen, genau wie die Fotos sie darstellte. Ich werde die FeWo-Direkt all meinen Bekannten empfehlen ! Danke.

Top, saubere, gepflegte Wohnung. In der Gesamtbewertung leider nur 4/5 Sterne, da eine komplette Abdunkelung des Schlafbereiches nicht möglich war. Als Langschläfer wird man zwangsweise um 05:30 bei Sonnenaufgang wach.

Wir waren mehr als begeistert von dieser tollen Ferienwohnung. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter klappte hervorragend, ebenso die Schlüsselübergabe durch die Gästebetreuerin. Das Appartement liegt unmittelbar hinter dem Deich, so dass man zu Fuss auf dem Deich oder am Strand in Richtung Duhnen/Sahlenburg, aber auch in Richtung Cuxhaven (City und Häfen) ca. 6 km laufen kann. Ausserdem gibt es eine Busverbindung in die Stadt (oder zurück :) ) Die Haltestelle befindet sich wenige Meter von der Unterkunft entfernt. Das Haus, in dem sich die Wohnung befindet, ist sehr sauber. Ebenso die Wohnung selbst. Sie ist gemütlich und geschmackvoll eingerichtet und lässt in Sachen Ausstattung keine Wünsche offen. Im Haus befindet sich ein Schwimmbad zur kostenlosen Nutzung, ebenso werden vom Vermieter kostenfrei 2 Fahrräder zur Verfügung gestellt. Waschmaschinen und Trockner können gegen Gebühr genutzt werden. Unser Auto stand wunderbar in der (ebenfalls kostenlosen) Tiefgarage. In der Umgebung findet man Cafés, Restaurants, Bäcker, Kinderspielplätze uvm. Alles in Allem ein traumhafter, entspannter Aufenthalt, den wir sehr genossen haben. Wir sind sicher nicht das letzte Mal dort.
