La posizione del B&B molto buona, praticamente direttamente nel centro del paese. Colazione ricca e personale molto gentile e disponibile. Camera molto bella, moderna . Letto veramente comodo

La scarsità dei parcheggi proprio vicino alla struttura e il fatto che nelle vie laterali c'è la ZTL non evidenziata benissimo, ma non è un problema della struttura quanto della cittadina. Nel bagno della stanza mancano ripiani dove appoggiare gli oggetti necessari (rasoi, creme ecc)

Un soggiorno semplicemente impeccabile. Struttura curata in ogni dettaglio, camera bellissima, pulitissima e dotata di ogni comfort. Il letto è straordinariamente comodo, con un topper che garantisce un riposo davvero perfetto. La spa è organizzata in modo eccellente, funzionale e accogliente. Ottima anche la sala colazione, con una proposta varia e di qualità. Un ringraziamento speciale ai proprietari, gentilissimi, disponibili e sempre attenti alle esigenze degli ospiti. La posizione è centralissima e permette di raggiungere comodamente tutto il centro di Altamura. Un B&B dove tutto funziona alla perfezione. Assolutamente consigliato.

COLAZIONE SQUISITA...ADDIRITTURA MI DOMANDA SE DESIDERO QUALCOSA DI PARTICOLARE! ANCHE LA SPA ASSOLUTAMENTE OK. LA POSIZIONE POI...A 2 PASSI DAL CENTRO STORICO. CONSIGLIATISSIMOOOOOOO!

The bed was comfortable with good linen and towels. The room was clean and modern. Breakfast was good and our hostess was very kind. Shower was excellent with good pressure. The room was cleaned every day. There's a screen on the balcony window which was appreciated so not to allow bugs in. There's a warming rack in bathroom to dry clothes on. The host and hostess went out of their way to help us when we were leaving the BnB.

We had issues with check in with hosts. When we arrived we found out that NOTHING about the spa was included in the price, even though on the Booking site it only indicates additional charges for certain spa items. They charge 40 euros for EACH person daily for 75 minutes of using their swimming pool (a large whirlpool, not a regular swimming pool) and the sauna. We chose not to use it at that price! This was a huge disappointment as the only reason we came to Altamura was to have a few days at a spa while the weather wasn't great. I asked if they'd allow us to have a discount on the spa since we were the only ones at their place one night, but they said no. Construction on a building was going on (starting at 7 am) right outside our balcony. The WiFi was terrible so made it hard planning our journey. There was a 20 euro charge for our small dog (first time in 6 weeks of travel we'd been charged by a hotel). Breakfast had limited hours (8:30 to 10:00). The bed was within arms reach of the bathroom (very small room). No cups or glasses in the room. We borrowed a couple glasses from the breakfast area but they were removed by the host. No maps or brochures were supplied to let us know what's recommended to do in Altamura. The stairs leading up to our room are painted the same colour as the walls (a dark terracotta colour) with no hand rails which made it very dangerous, especially when the automatic lighting doesn't kick in right away!
