Posizione perfetta, stanze molto confortevoli, di design e con una ottima pulizia. Il personale ci ha supportato prontamente e con gentilezza in ogni nostra esigenza.

Struttura ottimale, accogliente, posizionata in modo da permettere di raggiungere il centro della città in un attimo e con facilità.

Très jolie chambre au design moderne mais chaleureux dans le centre historique. Le frère cadet de la propriétaire est venue me chercher en voiture à l'arrêt de bus. Saverio, le frère ainé, a eu l'amabilité de me concocter une mini excursion privée (moyennant finances) à Gravina et m'a dispensé ses incroyables connaissances historiques sur Altamura et sa région. Encore merci !

Dommage que l'accès à la piscine et au SPA (très jolis et très propres) ne soit pas en accès libre (uniquement sur réservation et payant), il serait agréable, par fortes chaleurs, de pouvoir prendre un petit bain piscine à n'importe quelle heure.

The bed was comfortable with good linen and towels. The room was clean and modern. Breakfast was good and our hostess was very kind. Shower was excellent with good pressure. The room was cleaned every day. There's a screen on the balcony window which was appreciated so not to allow bugs in. There's a warming rack in bathroom to dry clothes on. The host and hostess went out of their way to help us when we were leaving the BnB.

We had issues with check in with hosts. When we arrived we found out that NOTHING about the spa was included in the price, even though on the Booking site it only indicates additional charges for certain spa items. They charge 40 euros for EACH person daily for 75 minutes of using their swimming pool (a large whirlpool, not a regular swimming pool) and the sauna. We chose not to use it at that price! This was a huge disappointment as the only reason we came to Altamura was to have a few days at a spa while the weather wasn't great. I asked if they'd allow us to have a discount on the spa since we were the only ones at their place one night, but they said no. Construction on a building was going on (starting at 7 am) right outside our balcony. The WiFi was terrible so made it hard planning our journey. There was a 20 euro charge for our small dog (first time in 6 weeks of travel we'd been charged by a hotel). Breakfast had limited hours (8:30 to 10:00). The bed was within arms reach of the bathroom (very small room). No cups or glasses in the room. We borrowed a couple glasses from the breakfast area but they were removed by the host. No maps or brochures were supplied to let us know what's recommended to do in Altamura. The stairs leading up to our room are painted the same colour as the walls (a dark terracotta colour) with no hand rails which made it very dangerous, especially when the automatic lighting doesn't kick in right away!
