Het uitzicht, het zwembad en de privé parkeerplek.
Alle oppervlakte plakte en waren dus niet schoon, er ontbraken lakens om onder te slapen dus je sliep direct onder de deken zonder hoes. Er is onvoldoende warm water om te douchen voor 1 persoon, laat staan als je met meerdere mensen bent. Het bad is erg beschadigd en kan niet worden gebruikt als bad vanwege het ontbreken van een stop. Het is een drukke en gehorige straat dus je moet alle ramen dichthouden om te kunnen slapen. Het rook heel erg naar rook terwijl het een rook vrij appartement zou moeten zijn. Wij zijn over het algemeen niet echt moeilijk maar als je iets verhuurt moet het op zijn minst schoon zijn en iets van lakes bevatten en al helemaal hoor €75 per nacht.
