Very spacious for our whole family and was a close walk to Fukushima Station & Family Mart. The beds were comfortable, we were able to do laundry & it was also a quick transit to USJ and Umeda.
Steep, narrow stairs and some visible dust. Wifi instructions unclear.

The location was good, the flat was convenient and comfortable for us, with four dedicated bedrooms and a kitchen and living space over two connected rooms, plus a Japanese style sitting/living space on the 3rd floor connected to one of the bedrooms there. The bathroom is on the ground floor and has an easy to use washing machine. There are two toilets, on 2nd and 3rd floor.
The beds were nice and comfortable.
The location is convenient, both for travelling to other parts of Osaka, and for the many (!) restaurants very close by within easy walking distance. There is a convenience shop (Family Mart) literally next door. Good quality supermarket (Life) in less then seven minutes walk away.
We had no negative surprises at all.
