Excellent, well-maintained apartments in a convenient location, not too far from the city centre and the major champagne houses. There is a 24-hour minimarket nearby, as well as a private parking space. The apartment is spacious enough to comfortably accommodate four people and has everything needed for a pleasant stay.
The only minor downside is that the walls are quite thin, so some noise from neighbouring apartments can be heard. However, this is a structural feature of the building and not something the hosts can really influence.

Tout était…rien à redire. Appartement spacieux très propre et décoré avec goût. Tous les équipements décrits étaient là. Le petit plus la supérette juste en bas ouverte 7/7.

Free parking and altogether the apartment was good
I would never would have booked this apartment had it been clearer that a €350.- damage deposit was required after paying the non refunable fee. This is 3 times the rental price for the one night we stayed. This damage deposit remained as “reserved” on my credit card account for 8 days. There was no air-condtioning in the small bedroom ( fan only) which was by far insufficient in the summer. ( alternatively the pull-out sofa in the bedroom can be usedin the air-conditioned living room)
