About this apartment rental
Very beautiful Haussmann apartment T3 of 76 m² completely renovated with solid parquet, high ceilings, in the center of Reims, located 5 min walk from the Cathedral and 15 min walk from the station.
Tassimo coffee maker with teas and coffees available and regional cookies, to start the day off right!
A half bottle of Champagne from the family production is offered, as a welcome! For a unique moment of tasting and relaxation!
The apartment is located on the 1st floor with elevator.
- 2 bedrooms :
- one of 13 m² with dressing room, equipped with a king-size double bed (180 * 200)
- the second, 12m², overlooking the courtyard, equipped with a king-size double bed (180 * 200) and a convertible sofa (140 * 200) open into a bed on request.
- a 27 m² living-dining room open onto a fully equipped American kitchen (oven, induction hob, etc.), with a dining area for 5 people, 2 sofas, armchair and an office area.
- a large bright shower room of over 9 m² with towel dryer Sheets, towels provided, beds made on arrival. Drying washing machine available.

We had a wonderful time in this lovely and efficient apartment. Two king sized beds were a wonderful find and the place was well appointed with a split of champagne as a lovely touch. It was clean with plenty of seating. Only one toilet, but terrific that the sink and shower were separate. The hosts were incredibly attentive and very responsive to every communication. We had a little challenge with the uneven floor (small steps) in the apartment, perhaps a warning would be helpful. The television worked great and we were able to SmartCast in it. Easy walking from the apartment to the major attractions. We had a wonderful time and this apartment was a major contributor!

If we ever stay in Reims again we will stay here (hopefully it's available). Very clean, very comfortable, great amenities, easy to walk everywhere you want to go. Perfect rental.

My family and I had a great time in Reims. The owner was easy to communicate with and very responsive. The apartment was clean with everything we needed. The beds were queen size and comfortable. One room actually had two beds in it.( one queen and one full size) So it could sleep five comfortably. The location was near a round about which had car noise consistently but with the windows closed you didn't here it to much. It was a great location for walking everywhere we wanted to go.
