The space was very clean and we appreciated the care that was clearly taken in keeping everything tidy. 💜 For travelers looking for a simple, local place to stay in Volcán, particularly solo travelers or those who enjoy a more rustic experience, this could be a nice fit. For us personally, it was a little more basic than the accommodations we typically choose, and we found the nighttime sounds of the neighborhood, particularly the roosters and dogs, made sleeping difficult. Of course, those are part of the surrounding environment and not necessarily something the hosts can control. Overall, we appreciated having a clean place to stay and are grateful for our time in beautiful Volcán. 🌿

Good location. Outstanding host. I really enjoyed my stay.

The design of the apartment was well thought out, nice decorations, comfortable bed, we could cook, theres a small fridge, there was hot water to take a shower which is a major plus because it gets chilly. The weather is chilly so you don’t need an air conditioner and the air flow was great too. Hands down, it was a great experience.

It could’ve had better eating utensils, like two steak knives and two small spoons for coffee but that was a non issue. We don’t use plastic coffee machines because of the microplastics. So we went to the store nearby and bought a filter to make our own coffee. A French press would have been the perfect way to make coffee for coffee lovers. These were tiny little things that really didn’t make a difference for us. We managed just fine.

Die Lage ist sehr weit weg von Geschäften und Restaurants. Es gibt in Volcán kein Zentrum, nur eine Hauptstrasse. Ohne Auto muss man 10 - 15 Min rechnen von der Busstation.
