Apartamento Estudio en Alto Boquete

Sehr schönes Apartment mit tollem Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Die Hosts sind unfassbar nett! Sie haben uns sehr viel geholfen und unseren Aufenthalt in Boquete wirklich zu etwas besonderem gemacht! Sowas erlebt man selten.

Die Lage ist nicht ganz zentral, das ist jedoch gar kein Problem da die Taxis billig und schnell in der Stadt sind.

A dated house with few improvements did not seem adequate, at least to me. But, I will return the next time I am in the area.

I really enjoyed my time at this property. The hosts- Jürgen and Anette, welcome you in as if you were family and frequently check to make sure you have everything you need to have a pleasant stay. I really enjoyed the location too. It is in Alto Boquete, about a 20-30 min walk into the main town. Despite the walk being along the highway I really enjoyed the process of having to walk into town for Tours, excursions, coffee, or a sophisticated dining experience. There is a mini grocery store that has all the essentials about a 7-10min walk from the property if the full on grocery stores in the main town are not needed. The property itself is clean and well maintained. You have access to hot water, and a little kitchenette (single burner hot plate, cutting board, microwave, mini fridge, and utensils to cook with). A smart TV is in the room where you can hook up your Netflix account by or stream YouTube which was really nice.

The only downside to this property really has more to do with the time that I travelled. When I visited, Boquete was very very very windy, especially at night. Despite having a comfy bed the sound of the wind was almost amplified once inside the house, making it hard to both fall and stay asleep. But again, nothing really to do with the property, more so with the time that I travelled. So if you travel around Feb- March make sure to pack ear plugs and possibly and extra sweater for the evenings!
