I’m telling ya for the money awesome value with the backyard behind a massive oasis. Honestly not to many location in and around Vegas with the backyard shade and space. The house sure you can nick pick about the odd assortment of furniture. But it has everything you need to entertain. The Host she was over in less then 5 minutes to show us how to use the outdoor stereo system. 5stars back yard for sure though. Very private
