The suite was huge and very clean! It was basically a one bedroom apartment. I really enjoyed the pools and the workout facility. I would definitely stay here again if I am in Vegas. Parking is free and included and since this isnt a resort, there are no resort fees.
I could see some people not liking the property location, but I dont go to Vegas to gamble so I dont care about being close to casinos.

new, spacious, and convenient.
A few anomalies like 4 coffees, one sleeve of condiments, required watching a video to set temperature in unit, tons of doors requiring smart phone QR entry between lobby and room, had to leave ID at front desk to access luggage trolley, exorbitant early check-in fees,

The area was quiet. We loved it. The staff was extremely friendly.

I liked the setup, it was nice inside BUT next door neighbors would come out basically naked on their balcony to smoke cigs which I heard was not allowed lol. The internet was TERRIBLE. The issue with that is that you need a app to get into the room and their wifi sucks so you have 0 bars as well…. How are you supposed to get in? I had to wait about 7 mins one time . The tvs were on and off as well it was barely ever working because ofc the wifi was bugging . A man below me was heard snoring very loud under the master bedroom so it was a bit hard to stay sleep at night.
