New and clean. Good heating. Was very close to the Trentham Memorial Park where I had a cricket tournament.
Windows looked straight into neighbours windows.

Amazing communication from the hosts and super appreciative for feeling so welcomed. Great home and had everything we needed and easy location!
Personally I do prefer a firmer mattress (on the single beds) but still reasonably comfortable, that would be the only thing I could find to be better, all in all great experience thank you!
