Clean and tidy, warm and sunny.
Handy location close to the sports fields and not too far from the shops.
I think another chair, such as an arm chair is needed in the lounge.

Very clean fresh and new. Quiet and very safe feeling location. Two deli’s (diary) within walking distance. Close enough to make a little trip into town but also walking distance from the river if you want to ride or swim. Additional living space for kids to hang out is great. Having 3 toilets is also a bonus. Stairs make it tough for elderly or less mobile.
Some feedback for the owners, the only things missing were
- pegs
- frying pan
- a hair dryer

Grosszügiges, helles Haus. Sehr sauber. Fussballkicker stand zur Verfügung.
Kleiderbügel, Föhn und Kaffeeblancher o. ähnliches hat gefehlt.
