Casa mirador

The property was what we expected. Location suited us perfectly. Property was very clean and well equipped. Exceptional views from the balcony / terrace. We found the property fairly quiet (see below). There was extra items (possibly left by previous renters) like shower gel, conditioner, sun cream, washing up liquid, dishwasher tablets, washing machine tablets, hair spray, general cleaning products, tea, coffee, sugar etc. A rental car is highly recommended even though the parking on the street can get quite busy but we always found a spot within a dozen meters or so. But there is a bus stop a minute or two's walk. There are 3 very well known supermarkets within a 5 minute drive which you actually have to pass when driving to the apartment from the south.

Not really a property problem but even though the property is on a "no through road" there was quite a lot of traffic mainly because of a quite large building development just down the road. You could hear the lorries etc in the mornings when in bed unfortunately as there was no double glazing. What's not made clear is that the kitchen is located on the lower floor next to the main entrance. The bedrooms, bathroom, lounge and terrace are all upstairs. This wasn't a problem for us but maybe for other renters. What would of made this property even better would be some cushioned outdoor chairs / sofa. Just hope the next door vacant lot does not spoil the view when built on.

Obiekt był świetnie wyposażony, wszystko czego potrzebowaliśmy do codziennego funkcjonowania było na miejscu - od sprzętu kuchennego, po kosmetyki. Właścicielka to sympatyczna osoba, która upewnia się czy wszystko jest w porządku. Widok z tarasu na ocean i pobliską wyspę zapewnia niezapomniane wrażenia!

Wat een heerlijk verblijf, het was een thuis, alles was aanwezig, heel schoon. Een grote keuken met eettafel, kookplaat, vaatwasser en voldoende serviesgoed en pannen. Leuke woonkamer met heel groot terras met mooi uitzicht tot de zee. Fijne slaapkamer met heel goed bed en goede kussens. Douche is ook prima. Wel wat trappen naar en in het huis, voor ons geen probleem. Parkeren op straat, meestal wel plek.

La casa estaba muy limpia y las camas y almohadas muy cómodas. Tiene una terraza muy grande desde la que se puede ver la puesta de sol (aunque normalmente hay nubes en esa zona).

Solo dos rollos para 4 personas una semana nos pareció insuficiente y podía haber unas cápsulas para la lavadora ( al igual que había para el lavavajillas) para poder limpiar aunque fuera las toallas de la ducha. Y bueno para mí ha sido horrible no poder descansar bien, sobre las 1:30 de la noche oías el camión de la basura como si tuvieras la ventana abierta , los ruidos de los vecinos de abajo, vamos que se oye absolutamente todo y ya para rematar había obras al lado , camiones y demás. La ubicación es para moverte en coche a todos los sitios.
