Super lokalizacja z przepięknym widokiem na południowe wybrzeże. Miejsce dobrze skomunikowane transportem publicznym. Bliskość lokali gastronomicznych i dobrze zaopatrzonego sklepu. W pobliżu malownicza plaża Las Galgas... Ponadto dobry kontakt z właścicielem, szybkie i sprawne naprawienie usterki.
Nie podobał mi się głównie stan łazienki. Brodzik jest obrzydliwy. Odchodzący sylikon i brudne "wżery" powodowane wilgocią. Dla mnie nie do przyjęcia. Nie udostępniłabym łazienki w takim stanie. Cała reszta wymaga delikatnego odświeżenia :meble, ściany. Niby posprzątane, ale trochę zaniedbane... a szkoda, takie piękne widoki. Serio, poprawcie to
