The property has everything you could ask for. All you have to pack is yourselves and your clothes. Plenty of places to buy food around. Cowboys games are just 700m away too.
The only thing we didn’t like was the uncomfortable pillows, which is so easily fixed. Otherwise this place is a 10/10

The location, size and facilities were great. Lots of free parking.
The living room and master bedroom air cons weren’t operating properly. Blowing some air but definitely not cool air.

We enjoyed our stay in your apartment and our time spent in Townsville.
And yes you both did an amazing job and we have noticed that you guys have, especially with adding the little extras such as coffee machine, dryer and washer, extra towels, snacks, face wipes, the shampoo, conditioner and body wash (now we are looking to buy for ourselves for home) the soft blanket that my son loves, cling wrap, aluminium foil etc thank you!
There were only a few small things, there were no broom, mop and bucket, just to keep the floor clean and tidy(not a big deal though) however we did use the vacuum that was great and I wasnt sure where the third air con remote were that was located in the lounge room, we just use the one from in the room and I noticed that the dishwasher racks we abit rusted.
Other then that, we enjoyed every minute we stayed there. Thanks again
