Stunning Marina View Studio - Steps away from Townsville CBD

We really enjoyed staying at Marina View. The room itself was excellent with lovely views over the marina. The balcony was a good size and was sundrenched with a table and chairs for a quiet coffee or beverage. The room and bathroom were both spacious and spotlessly clean. There were some thoughtful addition like a small selection of spreads to get us started. The area was excellent too with a buzzy vibe and a good variety of places to eat and drink up and down the street. It was an easy walk across the bridge to the central city and the bus hub. Overall our stay was very enjoyable.

We stayed in a studio room. It didn't bother us as we are quite tall but the shower was over the bath with a sturdy grab rail. This may not suit some guests. The only difficult thing was the fact that luggage cannot be stored if you are not leaving immediately. We were taking the train which didn't leave until early afternoon. There are luggage storage lockers at the ferry terminal which can be accessed by 50c bus from the city hub if this is a problem for you too.

We had a fantastic stay and couldn't be happier with our experience. The accommodation was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, with everything we needed for our stay. Absolutely no sound proofing between units! Bring you earplugs!
