Excellent location for QLD Country Stadium access. Clean. Pool area nice. Lovely view of the Ross River.
Due to being so close to the water did need insect repellent for sitting on the verandah - there were just a few midgies.

It was a great location because of what we needed to do
We did not like how the water for the bath or shower was near enough to bane lukewarm not nice when you are there to relax. The couch and chairs were uncomfortable to sit on and very low for somebody It has a back problem especially the couch. In this picture there were my does not work to open the garage door under the building. Lucky we were given 2 sets of keys
