This ground floor unit was a good size for 4 guests across 3 generations. The undercover patio area was a big hit for outdoor dining and teenager chilling out. Having full kitchen facilities meant we saved money by dining in for most meals. The proximity to The Strand waterpark and the city made getting around easy.
A few extra poolside lounges would be handy.
When the people in the apartment above were noisy with dragging furniture late at night.

Friendly consistent communication, lovely clean comfortable big apartment, lots of little touches including complimentary bottle of wine, traveller information, quality appliances, clean and homely feel. Branding was very easy to contact and happy to help if needed!
Nothing I was unhappy with 😊

Great property at great location
Tea cups were broken. Little attention can make things great.

The documentation did not describe the building accurately, the persons on the phone to call were difficult to understand. The instructions on leaving linen was vague ie was it just towels or bed linen and the beds and pillows were sweat stained from previous use / not washed . Cockroaches running thru kitchen and across the bed in room closest to back door wasnt pleasant
