Friendly consistent communication, lovely clean comfortable big apartment, lots of little touches including complimentary bottle of wine, traveller information, quality appliances, clean and homely feel. Branding was very easy to contact and happy to help if needed!

Overall a well appointed apartment, all bedrooms were spacious and very comfortable. Amenities were of a high standard, location was very good, although best access is via a car as it is a bit of a walk to the Strand. Apartment layout was excellent with indoor and outdoor entertainment/relaxation areas, pool was very close and for a family with young children would be good for supervision.
Could do with a couple of side tables to hold drinks etc, particularly inside.

The documentation did not describe the building accurately, the persons on the phone to call were difficult to understand. The instructions on leaving linen was vague ie was it just towels or bed linen and the beds and pillows were sweat stained from previous use / not washed . Cockroaches running thru kitchen and across the bed in room closest to back door wasnt pleasant
