The quiet surroundings, everything under 1 roof stay
The blinds at the patio door needs fixing, you can't close it, at night you can see through the inside from outside. Alternatively for night times with the lights switched on please get a certain on the inside for the patio door so that privacy is assured looking from outside.

Location
There was not enough light outside, struggling to find the house number, dark as I parked my car and dark going into the apartment- had to use mobile to navigate. Maybe the owners could consider motion activated lighting for guests outside. Arrival time was communicated even just switch on until after arrival will make it more welcoming.
Blinds at the window of the main bedroom couldn’t close. All blinds need some renovation.
