Bardzo dogodna lokalizacja z szybkim dostępem do Starego Miasta. Sklep na parterze, dodatkowo w pobliżu Lidl. Miejsce parkingowe za szlabanem (właściciel przekazuje pilot od szlabanu w skrytce razem z kluczem do mieszkania). Ciche sąsiedztwo. Ładny widok z balkonu. Bardzo dobra komunikacja z właścicielem - dobre instrukcje, jak dostać się do mieszkania z czytelną instrukcją wzbogaconą zdjęciami.
Klimatyzacja okazała się mało wydajnym klimatyzatorem przenośnym - właściciel powinien pomyśleć o zainwestowaniu w jednostkę stacjonarną o odpowiedniej wydajności (sąsiedzi zamontowali). Warto doczyścić mieszkanie, bo okna, włączniki światła, gniazdka i powierzchnie szafek są zakurzone i kleją się od brudu. Brak noża do krojenia chleba / warzyw (tylko noże do smarowania) - ale to akurat drobiazg. Cena nieadekwatna do oferowanej jakości.
