The biggest advantage of this place is its excellent location right in the heart of the city, making it easy to explore everything nearby. The beds were comfortable. The apartment includes a small kitchenette and a dining table with four chairs, as well as an armchair in front of the TV. The bedrooms are quite minimalist, with beds as the only furnishings and without additional storage. The bathroom setup, including the shower positioned above the toilet, is mentioned separately in the section on areas for improvement.

I noticed that some of these same issues had already been mentioned in earlier reviews. The shower positioned directly over the toilet was unexpected, and the bedrooms felt quite minimal, with only beds and no additional furniture. There was also limited common seating space, with just one armchair available for relaxing. Communication through the Booking app was somewhat unusual. It turned out that I was interacting with an AI assistant rather than a person, which wasn't disclosed initially. The chatbot mentioned that it would contact the guest experience team, though I never received any follow-up and can't say whether that happened. It might be worth considering a human support option alongside the chatbot, as some guests might appreciate having a personal point of contact when questions or concerns arise.

The location is excellent and the building is absolutely charming. After working out the first use of the keypad, it was very easy to enter/exit the building.

The bathroom is a VERY small space: the shower only half works (overhead only) so floods the entire area with water which you then have to squeegee down a drain; the flush on the toilet is difficult and really inadequate; water came down on the outside of the cistern pipe. There is only one armchair (one, in an apartment for up to 4 people) in the sitting room, otherwise you have to sit on a dining chair which is neither comfortable nor relaxing. Other than small bedside drawers, the bedrooms have nowhere to put clothes or place anything at all - not a single hook, small rail or chair, just nothing. There are storage cupboards in the hallway, but you have to lock/unlock all the doors as you go, and it is a dark and shallow space. And as a small point, not even a tiny amount of complementary tea or coffee is provided, which just feels a bit stingy. I stayed here with my business partner and we found it rather odd and uncomfortable with just the two of us, so I can’t imagine the space working for 3 or 4 people at all. Unless it is purely used as a sleeping base, in which case maybe you could overlook everything else. I generally like a minimalist interior but not at the expense of very basic functionality. It just wasn’t conducive to comfort, which is a shame as with a bit more consideration re guests it could potentially be a much better place to stay.
