Aylevarroo Penthouse

We've been several times on Madeira now, and for the last three consecutive years in Caniço. If you want pure sunshine during every day of your stay, pick the south side of the island ;). Aylevarroo Penthouse was by far the best accommodation. - Best view. You want to enjoy the rising sun, you don't need to go to Pico Arieiro, just take a seat on the balcony and you won't have to share it with any loud crowd. Sip your coffee and stare into the light. Each morning if you like. You want to enjoy the sunset? Take your wine, move around the apartment's balcony, et voilà! - The bedroom is on the north side. Why so important? You get home in the evening and you don't have to turn on any air conditioner, just open the windows and by the time you took your shower, your bedroom's temperature is already perfect. Big plus: you want to sleep longer in the morning, you won't be bothered by direct sunshine. - Your sleep won't be disturbed by any late night party people, traffic or you name it. Your bedroom is on the 13th floor! - Big kitchen/living room with EVERYTHING you need; - All you need is just 2-5 minutes away: restaurants, grocery, bakery, bus station, parking lot - The beach is just below your feet! - No damp smell in the apartment, which is unfortunately almost omnipresent in other locations due to the specific humidity in the air; - Did I mention best view :) ? Most inspiring cooking, with the endless ocean in sight! - Last but not least: perfect host, very forthcoming. We had our departure flight at 17:00. We could enjoy our last surfing session in the morning, got back, took a shower, had lunch and left at 14:00. Big thanks!

Die Wohnung ist perfekt für 2-3 Personen. Sie ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Sehr sauber. Sehr gute Lage direkt am Meer. Der Ausblick ist phantastisch. Wir waren total begeistert. Conny ist super nett, die Kommunikation war problemlos. Wir durften sogar einen Tag früher ins Appartment, weil es schon frei war. Es gibt 2 Wintergärten. Dort kann man wunderbar sitzen, wenn es draußen kühler ist. Mit dem Auto sehr gut zu erreichen. Der Bus nach Funchal fährt ganz in der Nähe ab.

The apartment is on the 13th floor with a spacious balcony. The ocean view is stunning. The apartment has everything you might need – clean and well maintained. There are many cafes, grocery stores nearby, and a bakery which is perfect for breakfast.

The only inconvenience was that the apartment was shown and the keys were handed over by a taxi driver, who charged an extra €20.

Abbiamo trascorso 10 giorni stupendi a Madeira e l'appartamento di Connie ha contribuito a rendere la vacanza davvero speciale. La posizione è ottimale: a Caniço, in una zona tranquilla ma vicina a tutti i servizi, negozi e ristoranti. Sotto casa si trova tutto il necessario per la spesa quotidiana, oltre a un ottimo coffee shop perfetto per una colazione veloce. Abbiamo preferito soggiornare qui piuttosto che a Funchal, più trafficata, e da questa zona si raggiunge facilmente la superstrada per esplorare l'isola in ogni direzione. L’appartamento è molto spazioso, perfetto per due persone. La cucina è attrezzatissima, non manca davvero nulla – e con quella vista sull’oceano persino lavare i piatti diventa un piacere! Il terrazzo è il vero punto forte: una meraviglia per colazione o cena con vista mare (tempo permettendo). Comodissima anche la lavatrice, indispensabile per soggiorni più lunghi. Connie è stata molto disponibile fin dal primo contatto, e abbiamo apprezzato tantissimo il servizio taxi organizzato all'arrivo in aeroporto: comodo e puntuale. Grazie di cuore per questa vacanza indimenticabile. Torneremo sicuramente – e sappiamo già dove alloggiare! 🤗
