I might or might not choose to stay again.

It was closer to most places like the mall etc, the room was big. The receptionists both the guy and the lady were nice n friendly.

Cockroaches, sound of construction behind the building, impolite security guard who wouldnt stop the girls screaming but had a problem with me talking on the phone. Went as far as to knock on my door at 4am to tell my fam members im on the phone.

Dubai Business Trip – 10 Days

The staff were very friendly upon our first arrival at the facility, and it was great that there were no issues during check-in. The apartments were very stylish and comfortable. The apartment staff were helpful whenever we needed anything. I didn’t experience any problems during check-in or check-out. The parking facilities were also very good.

Although there is a small shopping mall nearby, a car is necessary to get to other places. There could have been a cafeteria or a café on site. The small café next door mainly serves Indian cuisine, which did not appeal to me.

Poor management and disappointing experience. I booked the room for three adults, for which a sofa bed should have been provided, but only a regular sofa was available. When I raised the issue, the staff informed me that it could only be arranged the next day, causing unnecessary inconvenience. The room floor was dirty and clearly not cleaned. When I requested housekeeping, I was asked to borrow a broom instead of proper cleaning being done. Although the staff was polite and well-mannered, the service standards were very poor. I also requested a refund for one night due to the inconvenience caused, but this was declined.

Family Stay during Dubai Trip in Nov 2025

Property location is very convenient close to Circle Mall and eateries + supermarkets nearby. Rooms are big and spacious. Wifi is good. They have a Smart TV in the living room which helps. Kitchens are also well equipped.

Rooms are not clean. I stayed in room #410 and there were too many cockroaches that kept coming out in the night. No gas lighter provided. No housekeeping provided. Damaged furniture and torn sofa seat. The price is not cheap so I hope MK Residence makes a note of these points and improves them in future.

This property is amazing, it has a pool, gym and if you’re looking for something reasonable for a good value I can highly recommend this. The rooms are lovely, very clean and spacious and our room had a good sized terrace. The staff are helpful, friendly and really welcoming. It was a lovely experience and we enjoyed our stay.

Nous avions réservé un appartement pour trois personnes. À notre arrivée, l’hôtel nous a informés que l’appartement était en réalité prévu pour deux personnes seulement. Nous avons dû insister longuement pour obtenir de quoi faire dormir la troisième personne sur ce qui était présenté comme un canapé-lit, mais qui n’en était clairement pas un. Nous n’avons reçu que des draps, sans oreiller pour la troisième personne, et aucune troisième serviette durant tout le séjour. Pendant une semaine, nous avons dû nous débrouiller avec seulement deux serviettes, la réception nous indiquant qu’ils n’en avaient pas d’autre. Nous avons finalement dû en acheter une nous-mêmes, ce qui est inadmissible pour un logement réservé pour trois personnes. Enfin, l’accueil a été particulièrement décevant : aucun bonjour, ni à l’arrivée ni lorsque nous passions à la réception. Au final, une expérience très décevante, tant sur le respect de la réservation que sur le service et l’accueil.

O sinal do wifi é muito ruim. O apartamento nao acomoda 4 pessoas. A cama de casal é boa mas o sofa cama da sala é pessimo. Não tem como dormir nele. Possui muitas baratas no condomínio. Existe uma obra no predio ao lado onde tem barulho pela manha e tarde.

De Tv deed het niet, wel 3 keer op gewezen , niets aan gedaan. Keukengerei ontbrak eetschalen en werd wel verzorgd.

المسبح صغير جدا وغير نظيف وبعض النزلاء يأكلون ويشربون في وسط المسبح كنت ارى الطعام يسبح على سطح الماء لم استطع استخدام المسبح ابدا وابلغت الاستقبال في ذلك لا يوجد لايف جارد عند المسبح قمت بزيارة المسبح مرتين ولم يتغير شئ غير ذلك لا يوجد الفندق مناسب ومعقول في حدود المبلغ المدفوع انصح به جدا لاصحاب الميزانيه الاقتصادية
