Location was excellent, short walk from Ilkley centre. Pleasantly decorated and had everything I needed for a short stay.

Location is great, house is very clean and cosy, very comfortable bed, had nearly everything you need for a few days away
No shower gel/ shampoo, no tea / coffee. We're so used to having these in b and bs , hotels etc got used to expecting them, sometimes after our night out we stop and buy some milk if not we have a black coffee, but last night very surprised to find nothing, it's the little things that separate the great stays from the just ok ones

The property is well described ,parking was convenient , albeit a little tight via a back road. Homely and well equipped . An easy walk to anywhere eg 5 minutes to Booth's. Ilkley itself is lovely with a great choice of shops, cafes, restaurants, pubs etc. We used to live not far away but hadn't visited for years. If our schedule had permitted we would have enjoyed a longer stay.
For such a well equipped cottage ,with all kitchen appliances and equipment we were surprised to have no coffee or tea pot or some complimentary bags/sachets (perhaps we didn't find them?)

All facilities for self catering. Easy parking.
Large shower with plenty of hot water.
All considered, excellent accommodation.
