Really good location! Easy to find, spacious and facilities were perfect for us

The bathroom door doesn’t shut and the lock doesn’t work to keep it shut

The location was fantastic few minutes from tram stop, easy access to the building via 4 pin code, elevator to almost top. Reasonable for the limited space they had to work with. Well equipped and aircon was a plus.

Some maintenance done wasn’t great with trim pieces loose or missing, toilet paper holder half hanging, toilet wasn’t cleaned properly etc. tv i think had broken stand permanently tilted to the left. Bedding didn’t smell particularly clean and sofa cover looked like would benefit throwing into washing. Getting in and out of shower was a challenge but was expecting this based on the reviews. Extractor could do with removing tons of dust buildup.

I really loved staying here. It’s all you need. Lock up and go. It’s in the old town of Nice. The apartment is well equipped like the listing says. I also like to iron my clothes and this apartment had one. Kitchen is well fully equipped. The aircon saved our lives in the heat wave. The contact person was so helpful and patient. This apartment made our visit to nice very convenient.

We are two very tall guys. The apartment is in the attic of the building so the ceilings are low. We had multiple head bumps here and there, essentially in the shower. If you are a big person this place might be uncomfortable for you. But everything else makes up for that so if you can look past the space issue you will still have a wonderful stay here.

A very well planned and attractive apartment. I stayed for just two nights and didn’t use the kitchen so can’t comment on it. Excellently located.

The main problem was the lock on the door. It just didn’t move to open. I managed it after a few tries on each day. You also had to really push the door to then enter. I heard someone in the opposite flat having the same problem. Also, there is no lift to the top floor where the apartment is so be aware that you have to carry your suitcase up to the fifth floor from the fourth.
