Stylish City Base for Groups and Families, Unit #4

This is a two bedroom apartment close to downtown. Plenty of space, kitchen with lots of space and dishes. The living room is separate from bedrooms. Accepting pets, which we very much appreciate.

Communication with the host could be improved. Since the booking didn’t include real names and the check-in was fully remote, it left us a bit uncertain at first if everything was set up correctly. Responses from the host were sometimes delayed, so it’s good to be prepared for that. The apartment itself was generally fine, though it did have a little bit of dust, which suggested it might not have been freshly cleaned the day before. On the morning of check-out, we received instructions about cleaning and garbage disposal around 7am, along with details about an extra hourly fee for late check-out, which felt a bit unusual. Clearer and earlier communication on these points would make the stay smoother.

It was in a great neighborhood

This property needs some TLC. There was a broken chair and a broken closet door. We were provided with the bare minimum. Only 1 dish cloth and no face clothes. Also there were mouse traps down.
